Support for customers of Redbird Software is provided by expert software and support engineers (the same people who built the product). This dedicated support is provided primarily via email and phone.
Users evaluating Redbird Software products are also entitled to support during the software trial period.

- Steps to reproduce the problem
- Version of the software you are using
